Pain Management at Home

A combined approach to chronic pain using physiotherapy, manual therapy and complementary techniques.

Chronic pain rarely has a single cause, so our pain management combines physiotherapy, manual therapy, and where appropriate, dry needling, cupping and acupuncture into one coordinated plan delivered at home.

Sessions take place across Islamabad and Rawalpindi, seven days a week, with male and female physiotherapists available on request.

Who This Service Is For

  • Patients with long-standing or recurring pain
  • People whose pain has not responded to a single treatment type
  • Patients wanting a structured, drug-free component in their pain care

What Happens During the First Visit

Your physiotherapist begins with a detailed assessment: your history, current symptoms, movement testing and goals. Treatment starts in the same visit, and you finish with a clear plan covering recommended session frequency and what you can safely do between visits. A typical session lasts 45 to 60 minutes.

Why Home-Based Treatment Works

There is no travel, no waiting room and no rush. Family members can watch the exercises and support practice between sessions, and everything is adapted to your real environment: your stairs, your bed, your daily routine.

Safety and Standards

Every physiotherapist is qualification-checked and identity-verified. Equipment is cleaned between patients, and any finding that needs a doctor’s attention is flagged to you honestly and promptly.

Can you treat pain without medicines?
